Stephanie has been managing teams and organizations for over 20 years. She started her career in training and marketing and transitioned to Corporate Philanthropy where she worked with hundreds of nonprofits. However, she found the most valuable learning experience came from leading a small nonprofit through crisis and coming out the other side with more than double the budget, tripling the size of the staff, and most importantly, increased impact. Board of Directors service as well as serving on a variety of committees has also added incredible perspective.

Growing up the child of a small business owner gave her first-hand experience and empathy for small business owners. Experiencing the challenges and risk of closure for the nonprofit she took over gave her motivation to share what she learned with others.

Her authenticity, transparency, innovation, and ability to connect with her clients instantly sets her apart. She is known for curriculum design and her down to earth yet inspiring teaching style. Steph is a mom, loves all things outdoors, Netflix binger, and musical theater nerd and performer.

Stephanie holds certifications in Board of Directors, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as well as Mental Health in the Workplace.
