The #1 trick for sales and fundraising…
ASK! Really…it’s that simple. Alot of people get hung up on making the ask. I am sure you wouldn’t be part of that business if you didn’t believe in it…give people the chance to be a part of it too. If you’re a fundraiser, my hope is that you wholeheartedly believe in your mission. By making an ask, you are giving people the opportunity to be a part of that mission…which is good for them in a bunch of different ways.
I was at the Farmer’s Market the other day and came home with beets. Like grown out of the ground beets which I have never bought in my life. Why did I buy these things? Because a Farmer’s Market volunteer made the ask and had some great marketing as well!
